The Sanctuary offers three distinct ceremony settings, each one shaped by the natural beauty of the property. The Garden provides a lushly landscaped ceremony lawn beside a babbling brook, accommodating up to 150 seated guests. The Labyrinth offers a peaceful grove ideal for intimate ceremonies of up to 150, and Posy's Pond creates a waterfront moment beneath a covered pergola for up to 80 guests.
Whichever setting you choose, the mountains, the sky, and 49 acres of private property will be yours for the day.
The Venue is an elegant, open-air timber-framed barn perfect for receptions of up to 90–120 seated guests or 150 for cocktails. The Cellar offers a cozy, stone-walled sophistication for intimate gatherings of up to 90 seated. And The Garden expands the celebration outdoors, welcoming up to 150 seated or 200 for cocktails alongside the brook.

Yes. The Farmhouse on the property sleeps up to 10 overnight guests, making it ideal for the wedding party to arrive the night before and wake up right on the land. The nearby towns of Flat Rock and Hendersonville are popular choices for overnight lodging, offering charming bed-and-breakfasts, inns, and vacation rentals just a short drive away. Asheville is also accessible for guests who prefer a larger city base.
