A Grand European-style mansion anchors the property, surrounded by manicured hedges, rose gardens, and gentle water features that give the whole grounds a quiet, storybook elegance.
Say "I do" beneath a classical wrought-iron gazebo on three acres of formal sculptured gardens, then move guests into our 3,200 sq ft ballroom with white marble floors, or spill out onto the fully covered courtyard for cocktail hour beneath crystal chandeliers overlooking the gardens.
Packages start at COPY: $X,XXX and include full use of the mansion, gardens, and ballroom from 11am to midnight — your day, and only your day, on the calendar.

Exchange vows on the steps of our classical 15-ft gazebo, its wrought-iron scrolled top rising from three acres of formal sculptured gardens. An outdoor sound system is included, so every word carries to your guests seated among the hedges and roses.
If the weather doesn't cooperate, your ceremony moves indoors to the ballroom or covered courtyard — either dressed with drapery and chandeliers for a grand entrance of its own. There's no extra charge to marry on-site, rain or shine.
Our 3,200 sq ft ballroom offers white marble floors and an all-weather setting that celebrates beautifully in any season. Dark mahogany chiavari chairs, your choice of table layout, and a warm, intimate feel make it just as comfortable for 50 guests as it is for a full house.
Step just outside the ballroom onto the covered courtyard — crystal chandeliers, a mobile bar, and sweeping garden views — for a cocktail hour guests will be talking about long after the night winds down under the Texas stars.
Tucked into 32 acres just outside New Braunfels, the estate sits within easy reach of both San Antonio and Austin — close enough for out-of-town guests to fly in, far enough to feel like a true escape into the Hill Country. A gated entry and lighted grounds keep the whole evening feeling private and secure.
Guests can make a weekend of it, with New Braunfels' river tubing, wineries, and historic Gruene just down the road, plus a full range of hotels and short-term rentals nearby for anyone staying overnight.
The Bridal Suite sits just off the gardens, outfitted with multiple makeup stations and a private balcony overlooking the grounds — the same balcony where, when you're ready, you can toss your bouquet down to waiting bridesmaids below.
The groom's party gets their own space too: a large Groom's Suite with a full bathroom and full access to the downstairs, so both sides of the wedding party have room to relax and get ready without crossing paths.
Full kitchen access is available on-site for caterers, and the exclusivity of the venue on your wedding day means no other couples are touring the grounds while you're getting ready.

How long will we have the venue?
The venue is yours from 11am to midnight, and there are no other events scheduled on your day — so the whole property is exclusively yours, with plenty of time for hair and makeup, set-up, and even a rehearsal.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
A $2,000 deposit is due at booking and applied to your total balance, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is split into two payments — half due eight months before your date, and the final half due 30 days prior. All payments are non-refundable, though you're welcome to change your date any time before the eight-month mark.
Do we need a wedding coordinator?
Yes — we require a wedding coordinator to keep your day running smoothly. We're happy to share our list of trusted coordinators we've seen in action, but you're welcome to bring your own.
Do we have to use specific caterers or vendors?
We have a highly recommended vendor list, all familiar with the venue so your day runs seamlessly. The only vendor required from our list is the bartender — we offer a few different options there, including an in-house bartending service for couples who want a simpler bar setup.
Can we hold the ceremony on-site, and is there an extra charge?
Absolutely — our brides and grooms say "I do" on the steps of our gazebo, set within three acres of formal sculptured gardens, at no additional charge.
What if it rains?
Your ceremony can move indoors to the ballroom, dressed with drapery and chandeliers for a grand entrance, or to the covered courtyard overlooking the gardens — both beautiful backup options if the weather doesn't cooperate.
